The Spirit and the bride say come

The Spirit and the bride say come

"And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely." (Rev.22.17)

This is our last article from the last book of the Bible The Revelation of John. And after this we will begin again from the beginning. This is because as it ends, we are invited by the Spirit and the bride to come and drink freely. Of course, we know the bride is the Church of Jesus Christ.

It is an invitation to come and drink more of the Spirit. Let him that hear come. As you read this, you have heard, come and drink . Let him that thirty come and drink freely from the water of life.

I am reminded of a similar scripture in Isaiah, where the prophets says come and buy without money.

"Hey there! All who are thirsty, come to the water! Are you penniless? Come anyway--buy and eat! Come, buy your drinks, buy wine and milk. Buy without money--everything's free!" (Isa.55.1)

Our text says you do not even need to buy in this instance, all that is required of you is your willingness to come and drink. Drinks of the water of life - in it, there is healing, there is satisfaction. Everything you need is in the water of life. Just come and drink freely. Come and drink your fill. The Spirit and the bride say come.

Good day,
Have a great day today,
