Shut doors are behind you 

"Male and female of every creature came just as God had commanded Noah. Then GOD shut the door behind him. (MSB)

The first thing I want to say to you is that shut doors are behind you. And what do we do with the things that are behind you? You forget the things that are behind. 

"Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, (Phil.3.13 KJV)

Why? 

Because before us God has placed an open door. (see Rev:3:8)

There may appear to be doors that you intended to get into, but note that, as soon as they are shut, they are behind you or at least, should be put behind you. 

God says He has set an open door before you. The question is whether you can see these open doors - doors of opportunities. Not until you see as God sees, you may not see these open doors. They seem like problems but if you see as God sees, challenges will become opportunities for God to show up in your life. 

God shut Noah and his family in, and the world around them were drowning, that same storm was lifting up the ship. Don't be afraid of shut doors, for they are behind you. Look forward with uttermost optimism.

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem  "When he served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good--not only ours, but the whole world's". (1John.1.2 MSB) When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, the sin passed through them to all men. And so the Bible recorded that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.  "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" (Rom.5.12)  But that was just the beginning of the story. Sin entered the world, and death came as a result of sin. It appears that mankind was doomed.  But Jesus came and served the punishment for sin and in so doing, He solved the sin problem for good. Now mankind has access once again to the Father. Now everything the Father has for us is at our disposal. Who makes me who I am

An Isoko adage says, "the name you call yourself is what others will call you. Meeting students, I have had cause to ask them if that was the name their parents named them and they say no. My real name is...and then they tell me. But whatever they call themselves is what other students call them. You are who you say you are, but the truth is, you act the way you become because you think that's who you are. So if you called yourself a policeman when you are a soldier, you will act as a policeman. If you are an eagle but call yourself a chicken, then you will act like a chicken. If you call yourself a failure, that's what you begin to act as. Little wonder, Jabez changed his name in the place of prayer, he declared that he is blessed and God granted his prayers.
