Our inheritance in Him was predestinated

Jesus Christ is central to who we were, are, and are going to be. Yes, who we were. This is so because the person we used to be led us to who we are now and the person we are now will lead us to who we are going to be. At the core, we are who we will always be. But the decisions we make along the way brought about where we are per time. That tells us that decision is a very vital part of becoming who we were meant to be. Watch your decisions, they make or mar you.

Our decision determines whether or not we will come into our inheritance. As long as you are in Christ, you have an inheritance. The scriptures say:

"In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:" (Eph.1.11)

Your inheritance is in him and this has been predestinated by the purpose that God has in store for you. God will align and arrange situations and circumstances along your way that will bring you to make decisions that bring about what God predestinated.

The prodigal son ran riotous but God was waiting for his return because He knew what He had planned or predestinated for him. If he had not made those bad decisions he probably would not appreciate what God has in store for him. So God allowed him to wander around awhile and then allowed circumstances to make him see what he could be doing or have. ( see Luke 15)

Are you making the decisions that will align you with what God has predestinated for you? In Him, your inheritance was predestinated but awaits your unlocking it with the right decision.

And have a great day today,
