You're in on God's master plan

There was a time when nothing seem to make sense. You seem to have been swallowed up and you were just drifting by. But that was then. So the Bible says "remember".

"Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands(Eph.2.11)

And at this time we did not know God nor His plan. But even though we didn't know Him He had a plan that included us

"had no idea of any of this, didn't know the first thing about the way God works, hadn't the faintest idea of Christ. You knew nothing of that rich history of God's covenants and promises in Israel, hadn't a clue about what God was doing in the world at large." (Eph.2.12MSG)

God has a worldwide agenda and you were not in on it then but He had His eyes on you

"But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ." (Eph.2.11)

We are now made nearby the shed blood of Jesus Christ. And now because we are near we are in on His master plan. God has a plan and I am in on His plan, I may not have it all figured out but as I follow Him, He reveals it to me on a need-to-know basis just as He did with Abraham. I am in on God's master plan. What about you?

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem  "When he served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good--not only ours, but the whole world's". (1John.1.2 MSB) When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, the sin passed through them to all men. And so the Bible recorded that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.  "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" (Rom.5.12)  But that was just the beginning of the story. Sin entered the world, and death came as a result of sin. It appears that mankind was doomed.  But Jesus came and served the punishment for sin and in so doing, He solved the sin problem for good. Now mankind has access once again to the Father. Now everything the Father has for us is at our disposal. Who makes me who I am

An Isoko adage says, "the name you call yourself is what others will call you. Meeting students, I have had cause to ask them if that was the name their parents named them and they say no. My real name is...and then they tell me. But whatever they call themselves is what other students call them. You are who you say you are, but the truth is, you act the way you become because you think that's who you are. So if you called yourself a policeman when you are a soldier, you will act as a policeman. If you are an eagle but call yourself a chicken, then you will act like a chicken. If you call yourself a failure, that's what you begin to act as. Little wonder, Jabez changed his name in the place of prayer, he declared that he is blessed and God granted his prayers.
