In trouble? Pray

In trouble? Pray

"Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise." (Jas.5.13 NIV)

Prayer is a panacea for trouble. It does not only keep trouble away, it helps one in and through trouble.

Little wonder then, that we are encouraged to pray when in trouble. And to pray without ceasing. Jesus told his disciples to pray so that they would not fall in tempting times.

Prayer does not always keep trouble away. It, however, helps the believer when in trouble. Sometimes, God allows trouble to come because He wants to promote you. So when the trouble comes despite the prayers, it is because God trusts you and He is setting you up for a promotion.

Prayer is a substance for the believer. The more you pray, the more manifest the presence of God you will experience. Pray always
