Who will harm you?

Who will harm you?

"And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?" (1Pet.3.13)

This is a pertinent question, Who is he that will harm you?

In one fell swoop,  one could jump to the conclusion that there is none out there who will want to harm us, especially if we are followers of that which is good. But experience, tells us otherwise.

Peter was a disciple of Jesus, he had just performed a miracle where he healed the lame man at the gate called Beautiful but a few chapters down the line, he was in prison waiting to be put to death. There are people out there who do share your faith and would want to reach out their hands to harm you.

"And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.) (Acts.12.3)

I believe that the Apostle Peter must have remembered his own prison experiences when he wrote this. In the previous verse, he tells us that God is keeping a watch over you so that no one can harm you.

"For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous..." (1Pet.3.12 AMP) So who can harm you? God's eyes are all over you so that none can harm you. We declare that this December as the year draws to an end and beyond, no harm comes to you you a dour. Amen
