Knowing God is loving people

Knowing God is loving people

"He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." (1John.4.8)

To say you know God is to love people. Loving people is the evidence of your knowledge of God.

1 Cor:13 shows us what it means to love people. You hear people say they know God but when watch how they treat people, you will realize it is just lip service. Treating people the way God would treat them is what it means to know God.

If you say you know God show it by loving people. This is how the love of God expresses itself:
> Love never gives up.
>Love cares more for others than for self. >Love doesn't want what it doesn't have. >Love doesn't strut,
>Doesn't have a swelled head,
>Doesn't force itself on others,
>Isn't always "me first,"
>Doesn't fly off the handle,
>Doesn't keep score of the sins of others, >Doesn't revel when others grovel,
>Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, >Puts up with anything,
>Trusts God always,
>Always looks for the best,
>Never looks back,
>But keeps going to the end.
>Love never dies.
>Inspired speech will be over some day; praying in tongues will end; understanding will reach its limit.
(1Cor.13.4-8 MSB)

Always check your love gauge against the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) listed above.
