The Revelation of Jesus Christ 

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, (Rev.1.1 NIV) 

The book of Revelation for some reason inspires fear in some people due to how it has been taught but it is truly a revelation of Jesus Christ. It is not a revelation of demons, evil spirits, angels and their activities but a revelation of Jesus Christ. 

To reveal is to unveil, uncover, meaning as you read the book of revelation you should see Jesus Christ unveiled. It is not a book that should produce fear, but faith. Because if you see Jesus Christ truly for who He is, faith will arise within you. The reason why the Apostle Paul says that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation. (see Rom:1:16)

So as you read the book of revelation look out for Jesus. Most times, we find what we are searching for. Search for Jesus and you will find him. Seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open to you. 

Seek Jesus! See Jesus!! .

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem  "When he served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good--not only ours, but the whole world's". (1John.1.2 MSB) When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, the sin passed through them to all men. And so the Bible recorded that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.  "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" (Rom.5.12)  But that was just the beginning of the story. Sin entered the world, and death came as a result of sin. It appears that mankind was doomed.  But Jesus came and served the punishment for sin and in so doing, He solved the sin problem for good. Now mankind has access once again to the Father. Now everything the Father has for us is at our disposal. Who makes me who I am

An Isoko adage says, "the name you call yourself is what others will call you. Meeting students, I have had cause to ask them if that was the name their parents named them and they say no. My real name is...and then they tell me. But whatever they call themselves is what other students call them. You are who you say you are, but the truth is, you act the way you become because you think that's who you are. So if you called yourself a policeman when you are a soldier, you will act as a policeman. If you are an eagle but call yourself a chicken, then you will act like a chicken. If you call yourself a failure, that's what you begin to act as. Little wonder, Jabez changed his name in the place of prayer, he declared that he is blessed and God granted his prayers.
