Man of integrity 

"This is the story of Noah: Noah was a good man, a man of integrity in his community. Noah walked with God."(Gen.6.9) 

The world is in dire need of men and women of integrity. People who are not two-faced, who do not double speak and are not trying to be politically correct but say what they mean and mean what they say. 

Where are the men and women of integrity? 

Being a person of your word is one way we can ascertain whether or not you are a person of integrity. A person of integrity is integrated - that is, whole, not fragmented, but in tact. He is not one person in private and another in public. Noah was a man of integrity in his community. 

Reputation is whare others think of you but character is who we are. A lot of us have a reputation - what others think of us but no character to support that thinking. But that was not Noah - his community knew him to a man of integrity.

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem

Jesus is the answer to the sin problem  "When he served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good--not only ours, but the whole world's". (1John.1.2 MSB) When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, the sin passed through them to all men. And so the Bible recorded that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.  "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" (Rom.5.12)  But that was just the beginning of the story. Sin entered the world, and death came as a result of sin. It appears that mankind was doomed.  But Jesus came and served the punishment for sin and in so doing, He solved the sin problem for good. Now mankind has access once again to the Father. Now everything the Father has for us is at our disposal. Who makes me who I am

An Isoko adage says, "the name you call yourself is what others will call you. Meeting students, I have had cause to ask them if that was the name their parents named them and they say no. My real name is...and then they tell me. But whatever they call themselves is what other students call them. You are who you say you are, but the truth is, you act the way you become because you think that's who you are. So if you called yourself a policeman when you are a soldier, you will act as a policeman. If you are an eagle but call yourself a chicken, then you will act like a chicken. If you call yourself a failure, that's what you begin to act as. Little wonder, Jabez changed his name in the place of prayer, he declared that he is blessed and God granted his prayers.
