What is God doing to us?

What is God doing to us?

"He called out to his brothers, "My money has been returned; it's right here in my bag!" They were puzzled--and frightened. "What's God doing to us?" (Gen.42.28)

The number one fall-guy of the entire universe is none other than God. God is to blame for almost everything that happens to us; so we thank. So, you hear people ask, "God, why me?

This was the case in our text, their monies have been returned to their bag and they asked the question, "What is God doing to us?" You failed that exam and you ask, "What is God doing to me?" You did not get that promotion, you ask, "What is God doing to me?" You did not get the job, you ask, "What is God doing to me?"

There are so many of us in that boat right now. You are asking what God is doing to you. If this question is asked genuinely and with all sincerity, God may find an occasion to teach us. We ask this question because we do not understand what is going on. We are puzzled, fazed and perturbed but it is important that we trust God through it all.

God may not have done it, in the causative sense but He however may have allowed it and if that is the case, He can make it work for your good. God is at both to will and do of His good pleasures in and through you. Trust him

"That energy is God's energy, an energy deep within you, God himself willing and working at what will give him the most pleasure."(Phil.2.13)

Good day,
Have a great day today,
Emmanuel Okoro,
