Enough, and more than enough

Enough and more than enough 

"There was plenty of material for all the work to be done. Enough and more than enough." (Exod.36.7) 

The work of God was so important to the people such that when Moses called for voluntary offering to build the Tent of Meeting, our text records that they had enough, and more than enough. 

The people were not cajoled nor coerced to bring, their heart was moved to freely bring something for the work. (see Exo.35.29) All that each person needed to do was to bring something. And that something they already have and when all whose heart moved them to bring something, brought something, they did not just have enough, they had more than enough. 

Enough and more than enough is possible in God. Jesus said I have come that you may have life, and have it more abundantly. 

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. (John.10.10)

Your provision is possible in God and this requires a willing heart toward God. They had enough, and more than enough, you can too.

Birthright for sale

Birth rights for sale  "One day Jacob was cooking a stew. Esau came in from the field, starved. Esau said to Jacob, "Give me some of that red stew--I'm starved!" That's how he came to be called Edom (Red). Jacob said, "Make me a trade: my stew for your rights as the firstborn." Esau said, "I'm starving! What good is a birthright if I'm dead?" Jacob said, "First, swear to me." And he did it. On oath Esau traded away his rights as the firstborn." (Gen.25.29-33).  Life has taught us to trade what we have for what we want or need.
