And God said...

And God said...

"And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. (Gen.1.3 NIV)

What we say is very important. It is so important that God created the world by saying. That tells us of the creating force that is in what we say. This creating force can either be destructive or creative. The wise King Solomon tells us that life and death are in the power of what we say.

"Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit--you choose." (Prov.18.21)

God saw a world that was defective, "a soup of nothingness, a bottomless emptiness, an inky blackness", (see Gen :1:2 MSG) but He did not begin to say what His situation dictated. Rather He said, 'Let there be light... What are you saying about your situation?

Jesus said you shall have whatsoever you say. Not whatsoever you believe, but whatsoever you say. He repeated saying at least three times, to emphasize the importance of what we say.

"For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith." (Mark.11.23 KJV)

Don't be quiet about it, say, especially what God says about the situation.

Good day,
Have a great day today,
